Our Story

"A great cookie should be more than just dessert. It should remind you of home, family, childhood, or a special moment."

Hi, I'm Judy Silvers. I moved to Shelby County, Kentucky in 1988 when I was 10 years old, and it's been home ever since. I'm a mom of 5 and grandmother to 5 more — family is at the center of everything I do.

In 2023, I became disabled from a spinal cord injury that had gone undiagnosed since 2019. Since then, my husband has worked so hard to keep our family afloat and make sure we never lost anything that mattered. I wanted to help carry that weight too, not just watch him carry it alone — baking became the way I could still pour myself into something fully, even when so much else had to change.

I also struggle with foods that don't sit right with me, so I started experimenting — creating breads and cookies made the way I could actually enjoy them. That's part of why every recipe gets so much testing and care before it ever reaches a customer.

That's how my cookie business started: with a simple goal to create cookies that bring people comfort, happiness, and memories. Baking has become more than a hobby for me — it's something I pour my heart into with every batch, testing recipes, weighing ingredients, and perfecting every detail until each cookie is exactly what I envisioned.

One of the most meaningful recipes I've created is my Duck's Blackberry Cobbler Cookie, inspired by my daddy. It's my way of honoring the memories we've shared and turning them into something I can pass along to others.

Every cookie I make is handcrafted with care because I want my customers to taste the love and dedication that goes into each one. My hope is that when someone opens one of my cookie boxes, they don't just get a delicious treat — they get a little moment of joy.

Thank you for supporting my dream. Every order helps me continue doing what I love, one cookie at a time — and helps my family keep moving forward together.
